Company ID	This ID will be used at logon and can by any combination of alphanumeric characters (A-Z, 0-9).  If the ID already exists in our database you will be brought back to this page and asked to provide a new one.

Last Name	Your last name (up to 255 characters)
Administrator Employee ID	A unique ID for you, e.g. JWC001 This employee will have administrative privileges to the site for your company.
Password	Your logon password for your Employee ID
Re-Enter Password	Re-enter password for verification
Email Address	This is used by the program to email reports to you
Hourly Rate	This is used for generating expense reports (can be 0.00)
